MPI Implant Dentistry Program: 2nd session 1st promotion.

This second session was done during the last week of September, and first day of October second session of the first promotion of the MPI Implant Dentistry Program. Theoretical classes and hands on workshop were taught by faculties Dr. Fernando Rojas Vizcaya and Dr. Homa Zadeh, lasting for the four whole days.
Lectures given were:
Overdenture (Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya)
Law of Lip relationship (Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya)
Fixed vs. Removable: surgical anatomic considerations (Dr. Homa Zadeh)
Saving time during provisional restoration (Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya)
Implants in growing patients (Dr. Homa Zadeh)
Treatment for restoring the edentulous maxilla, Removable vs. Fixed (Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya)
Implant therapy in the esthetic zone (Dr. Homa Zadeh)

Implant placement & immediate provisionalization

Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya lecture in Festival of Implantology

Last Monday, Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya was lecturing in Festival of Implantology, Moscow, Russia. This is the largest event of the year in Russian dentistry, an international exhibition uniting the entire industry, a member of the World Dental Exhibition Alliance - “Dental-Expo 2010” the part of the 28th Moscow International Dental Forum and Exhibition was hold from September, 20 till September, 23rd in the Crocus Expo.
Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya and all the Mediterranean Prosthodontic Institute staff would like to thank deeply the invitation, all the attendees, other speakers and all Festival of Implantology staff, by giving the chance to offer this conference.
Next conference will be Implant Dental Meeting, in Thessaloniki, Greece, on September 25 and 26, 2010.

Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya lecture in Astra Tech Dental Meeting

Last Saturday, Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya was lecturing in Astra Tech Dental Meeting, in Prague, Czech Republic. The conference was titled Aesthetics in Dental Implantology.
Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya and all Mediterranean Prosthodontic Institute would like to thank deeply the invitation by Astra Tech Dental, all the attendees, other speakers and all Astra Tech staff, by giving the chance to offer this conference.
Next conference will be the Festival of Implantology, in Moscow, Russia, on September 25 and 26, 2010.

On September 8, Dr. Fernando Rojas-Vizcaya was lecturing in Nice (France), where he talked about the Keys to an Implant Treatment: “reaching an aesthetic result is one of the most important goals of implant dentistry . The Art of the clinic is in the design and management of the edentulous by the prosthetic and surgical team. This is essential to meet the needs and expectations of our patients.
The restoration of the contour of the neck of the crown future is an essential step that determines the placement of the implant, so that the remaining bone is crucial for the design of this new restoration.”
Among the many speakers should be noted Doctors like Dr. Daniel Etienne (France), Dr. Pierre Matchou (France), Dr. Joseph Choukroun (France), Dr. Fouad Khoury (Germany), Dr. Marc Bolla (France), Dr. Eric Leforestier (France), Dr. Thierry Giorno (USA) and Dr. Christian Mousally (France).
Attending the event was massive, and the coordination and preparation by staff allowed it possible. Dr. Rojas is grateful for the invitation by Dr. Jean Jacques Bensahel, and the opportunity to offer his conference next to these professionals, both staff and speakers, and thanking the audience's professionalism and interest.
