Fixed Maxilla with Zirconia Atlantis Abutments
Immediate placement and immediate loading of dental implants for fully maxillary rehabilitation. The final restoration is in zirconia and using zirconia Atlantis Abutments from Astra Tech Dental.
The patient, before the treatment. As you can see, this case required the complete rehabilitation of the mandible, due to infections and diseases that the patient had on his teeth. Note also the need for placement of implants in the absence of some teeth.

We proceed to the removal of all teeth, for subsequent placement of the implant that will support your new teeth.
Once healing has been successful, showing the placement of implants supporting overdentures subsequent. In this picture you can see the symmetry sought in this placement and that responds to a symmetry that also will be in the prosthesis.
The teeth were placed on Zirconia Atlantis abutments of Astra Tech Dental, with the medical and aesthetic result which is shown in later images, front and sides.
The location of the implant is designed to withstand the pressure that develops in the molars for chewing food simple. This can be seen on x-ray image.
The grip of Atlantis abutments to the bone of the patient was particularly successful in this treatment, integrating them and allowing the subsequent attachment of the teeth.
Note that the molar area has the highest load pressure must endure. Therefore, we chose the location of pillars that support the load. In the next x-ray shows the location of the last of these pillars, and how it supports the patient's teeth.
